Mini-Cam sold to Halma plc. for £85m.

The Team: Mark Mills, Nigel Wilson, Chris Wright (LDC), Jonathan Bell (LDC), Frank Shephard (DWF) and David Weavers (Clearwater)

The company then grew with the opening of a new R&D facility (InPipe) located close to the German border in the beautiful village of  Riezlern  in Austria and further expansion overseas into new markets.
